Our head chef, Stephen “Pibo” Brown, trained at Le Cordon Bleu and honed his skills in Miami’s bustling food scene. He infuses our menus with a unique flair inspired by his Panamanian roots, giving your guests a taste of something special they won’t get from the usual cookie-cutter menus. Corporate Catering
Our corporate catering in Pembroke Pines is built for teams that need consistency. We support weekly meals and one time office events within our 30 mile service area across Pembroke Pines and nearby Broward County cities. Common options include breakfast spreads, boxed lunches, and office buffets that stay on schedule. Many clients ask for Latin and Caribbean catering for corporate events, so we build menus that bring flavor without being messy or hard to serve. Buffet Catering

We specialize in plated service and the private chef experience in our dining services.This is ideal for couples or small groups of up to 12 guests. Plated dinners start from $75 per person and include a four-course meal, food, a private chef, setup, cleaning, and transportation. We pace the courses, plate each dish with care, and leave your kitchen tidy, which matters more than people expect. We also observe food safety rules by utilizing calibrated food thermometers and the right ways to hold food while preparing and transporting it.
Wedding & Special Events
We assist you pick the best service style for the room and the time for weddings and other special occasions. We take care of the time of arrival, the setup, the flow of service, and the cleanup so you can focus on your visitors. Weddings, corporate events, quinceañeras, baby showers, holiday parties, you name it. If you’ve got people gathering, we’ve got food for them. Pibo Catering can handle any size or type of event.

We provide full-service catering complete with chafing dishes, on-site chefs, and friendly servers who won’t disappear when you need a refill. We also do elegant plated dinners for black-tie galas and fun buffet stations for more laid-back gatherings.
